Want Lost Planet 2 mech suits that are blue and brown? Buy this limited edition!
by Joshua Hayes on 03/07/2010 0 comments

We spotted this wonderful pair of Kotobukiya figures from Lost Planet 2 over on TokyoHunter. Available soon for both the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360, these two figures come in the collectors edition as a bonus! The Hardballer and the Drio are two of the coolest mechs I've seen in toy form. I happen to like robot suits and I would love these two!

I'm amazed by the detail! Just like the game, they have those big machine guns to attack creatures' weak point for massive damage. The suits have both arms and legs, because what mech doesn't need those! They have enough artillery to take out the smaller enemies easily. It is when the bosses show up that you absolutely have to have both of these suits!

Now I know what you're thinking -- we posted about these before, right? Sort of! However, these two color variants are available only through buying this particular limited edition. The release date is on May 20th. You can only get these from E-Capcom (the Japanese Capcom site),so these are only available in Japan. TokyoHunter has preorders open however, so you can go through him if you want to get some. Of course, unless you absolutely have to have these colors, you can just pick up the regular ones instead!

I'm partial to brownie instead of the other: this blue one just looks too exposed to enemy attacks!
