When I first heard that we were doing a Secret Santa feature, I just had the feeling that I would get Rio McCarthy. That being said, it's a daunting task to find an appropriate gift for the queen of customs and vinyl at Tomopop. Looking back, I had to find something that would be appropriate and worthy of such an awesome person.

I looked all around, but nothing really seemed to grab my eye, let alone would be worthy of a gift. Then it hit me. Rio had unknowingly given me a gift before. I think it's time that the gift and fruit of that labor be repaid. Rio, and everyone else, hit the jump to check out your Secret Santa gift.

C.M. Punk Custom Mighty Mugg

To explain why I chose this gift, I have to go back to a post that Rio made a couple of months ago. In the post, she displayed a Bret Hart custom Mighty Mugg made by LPC. My wife absolutely loved it and fell in love with custom Muggs. She loves C.M. Punk, so it was a natural direction as to where this was going to lead. With inspiration from Rio's post, she set out to create her own custom C.M. Punk Mighty Mugg.

My wife wanted Punk to be absolutely perfect, so she would search out every single photo, trying to get the tattoos up-to-date and accurate. Whether it was watching old Ring of Honor matches, or the latest edition of Smack Down, she would pick out the detail and figure out to get it into the Mugg. From his wristbands to piercings on the lip and chest, she wanted every detail of C.M. Punk to be visible on this creation. Seeing Rio's reaction to the idea of a C.M. Punk MM, my wife wanted to make it to be the best possible version that could possibly match Rio's expectations.

So to you Rio, I want to thank you so much for giving the gift of inspiration to my wife. I hope you love this creation. Merry Christmas and again, thank you so much for bringing out my wife's creative side again. And yes, she will be creating more.
