The Street Fighter IV Special Edition figures sucked.  Ryu sucked and Crimson Viper somehow managed to suck harder.  Surely, Capcom wouldn't make the same mistake twice right?  In that spirit, not necessarily effort, Capcom has unveiled the colored prototypes for their new gashapon staring the SF characters we know and love.  There's Ryu, Ken, Chun Li and M. Bison (or Vega if you prefer) in their 1P and 2P colors.  Unfortunately, they look to have the same problems that plagued the SE figs, except they do seem to be better, as they at least all have eyeballs.  Ryu and Chun Li's don't look that bad, but Ken is having a really bad hair day.

If you are interested in buying these, they are coming out next month and will cost you 5571 yen for a box of 9, or just under $6.50 per fig.  They are available for preorder at HLJ.
