So Valentine's Day has come and gone, how did you spend yours? If you were anything like me you were commiserating with your friends (read: drunks at a seedy bar) over a nice meal (read: saltines and alcohol at a seedy bar), but for those of us lucky enough to be in a relationship I'm sure you spent the day with the one you love, sharing gifts and generally doing all the things that couples do on Valentine's Day.
Or maybe your signifigant other is a complete jackass, and forgot this so-called special day, in which case I couldn't think of a better way of reminding them then with one of the Heart-headed figures part of David Foox's Organ Donors (I could probably come up with a better way, but that would severely cut into my slacking off time). This new, and very odd, blind box series features nine different organs, including the heart, eyes, lungs, plasma, brain, and blood cells. There will be a total of twenty-four colorways and 5 points of articulation for each character. The figures should be shipping around the beginning of March, and are available for presale now over at Foox-U for the mildly high price of $15 apiece. Now keep in mind these are part of a blindbox series, so if you had your heart (pun intended) set on a certain figure you may need to buy a few of them.
Is this plan I've mapped out too far to go for a bit of passive-aggression? Most definitely, but...I've got nothing. If you'll excuse me, I'm gonna order a few of these guys and hope I luck out and get a Black Market Kidney. Those babies are worth a pretty penny!
