Those of you who have been following anime for some time now, or perhaps those who just have an interest in Japan in general, may be aware that the school year for them starts in Spring, just as the cherry blossoms are in bloom. It's fitting, then, that Wave is releasing this version of Kanokon's Chizuru Minamoto come May.

Decked out in her two-sizes-too-small uniform, Chizuru looks as perky as ever and ready to take on whatever school might throw at her. Or, given her typically bouncy...attitude, whatever she throws herself at. I admit, I'm somewhat of a fan of Kanokon despite--or maybe because of--its overly ecchi nature, but Chizuru is just a bit too top heavy here.

Honestly, this Chizuru doesn't look up to Wave's usual standards to begin with. Perhaps it's my notoriously poor monitor playing tricks on me, but at ¥7125 (approx. $78.28 USD), I think I'll be passing this one up for a hopefully higher quality version of her fox form.
