Joe Ledbetter's Slander Snake slithers into STGCC
by Brian Szabelski on 08/12/2009 0 comments

Comic-Con may be over, but the convention circuit is still far from done. Next up is this weekend's Singapore Toy, Game and Comic Convention (which will almost certainly be covered in detail by toysrevil), and the show's already got a few exclusives of its own. One of those is Slander Snake, a new piece from Play Imaginative and Joe Ledbetter. Each day will have different pieces available in different quantities at different prices. That's where it gets a bit confusing, so I'll break it down for you:

• Blue Slander Snake (500 piece limited-edition); August 14 release date; SGD$30 (US$20.75)

• Green Slander Snake (1,000 piece limited-edition); August 15 release date; SGD$25 (US$17.30)

• Purple Slander Snake (300 piece limited-edition); August 16 release date; SGD$40 (US$27.70)

• Lava Slander Snake (200 piece limited-edition); August 16 release date; SGD$50 (US$34.60)

Here's the only problem: it's a show exclusive, which means they'll only be released in Singapore. No news yet on if these will ever be released elsewhere, but then again, there's always eBay to keep an eye on. Or you can buy a last minute plane ticket to Singapore, but I'm guessing eBay's going to be much, much cheaper than that.
