Get a closer look on how the Rock Band bandmate figures are made
by Bryan Coffee on 10/09/2008 4 comments

I love Rock Band. I have done nothing but champion the game since it was released. I had dinner with Alex Navarro, and made no secret to him throughout the meal how much of a fanboy I am of the title his company has created. If he would have let me give him a beej, believe me, I would. So it should be of no surprise to you that I am very excited for the band mate figures, which are currently available for sale through Rock Band's homepage.

The Boston Globe recently (well, a month ago, but I bet you never saw it so nah) had a video interview up with ZCorp, the company behind the printing machine which will be producing all of the figures. It is a really interesting look into how each one is made, and only makes me all the more excited to get my own. Seriously, I spent about five hours last night fussing over how I should make my character look for the toy. It is that much of a big deal. Katrina and myself will be doing a review of the figures once we get our hands on them, so be sure to stay tuned for that. In the meantime, if any of you play Rock Band, are you getting figures of your in game characters? If so, what does your character look like?

Also, do ya want to play? I've got nothing else to do, really.
