I've always been impressed by custom figure makers and what they're able to come up with, and this Earthworm Jim figure only reinforces that feeling. Created by artist Rust This World, Jim is built from a 6" DCUC body and was modeled after the old-school Playmates Earthworm Jim figure, which I've got somewhere in my mess of old toys. There was also some additional sculpting that went into creating this figure. While it's not as bulky as the original Playmates figure, it's still pretty cool.

Jim isn't the only figure Rust This World has done, as they have posted a few of their other ones over at The Fwoosh. I'm also expecting that there will be more from Rust This World in the future, so keep an eye out for that name to pop up once again.
