Everyone seems to be enjoying their Labor Day weekend. While I'd like to imagine the rest of my co-workers are out barbequing or soaking in the sun, I know a few of them are on long flights coming home from PAX, which I hear was a lot of fun. I'm a bit jealous that I couldn't attend, but that's okay. At least I'm getting to post something on the site while everyone else is busy having fun, sleeping on planes, or getting the back of their chairs kicked by little kids.
Some of you might remember our interview with Camilla d'Errico from late last year. Her artwork is beautiful, cute, and stunning, all rolled into one. Ever since we first posted about her line of custom handbags and accessories, I've grown to love most of her works, including the comics, Tanpopo, and Burn. She had previously announced a limited edition Kuro Poodle plush from Tanpopo, which has been sold at various conventions, as well as through select retailers.
I recently caught wind of her newest plush, the Specter Kuro from Tanpopo vol.2. The inverted color scheme is actually pretty cute, but I'm a slightly bigger fan of the original black with the white mask. DKE will be carrying both, and they'll retail for $15 a piece. In the mean time, if you wish to pick up the original Kuro Poodle plush, you can do so at Camilla's online shop.
