He's called Mr. Cappy because his arms and legs are made out of bottle caps -- get it? I'm just letting you all know because it took me the better part of the morning to figure it out. Blamo Toys is releasing two versions of Mr. Cappy on January 11th: one with a resin body and hands for $130 and another with brass appendages for $225. The shiny variant will be limited to 6 pieces. Both come in a fancy screen-printed box.

I'm digging the primitive style of this one. And I think this is one of those rare cases where I like the regular release better than the limited. The shine of the brass takes away from the awesome primitive look. Even though I typically like shiny things, I prefer the more rustic look of the resin. It really ties the piece together.
