Announcing Hot Toys' 1/6 Resident Evil 5 Figures
by Andres Cerrato on 04/23/2009 8 comments

On the subject of Resident Evil 5, the reviews for the game have been mixed.  Some love it, others meh and the rest go on playing Madden.  When it comes to the new Video Game Masterpiece releases of Chris Redfield and Shiva Alomar by Hot Toys, it's pretty hard to give it anything but a good second look.  The sculpts are the best I've seen in the Resident Evil line and the detail is always as good as it has been by Hot Toys.  Each figure will come with more than enough weaponry to take out a nation full of undead and then some.  When you have two shotguns, a handgun, a revolver, sniper rifle, a semi-automatic rifle, an automatic rifle and a RPG-launcher on top of that, I think you'll be covered.  Just in case that doesn't work, they also come with assorted knives.

There's no word yet on prices or release date, but we'll be sure to update once dates and pre-orders open up.
