Anyway, MSN Japan reports that Kusumi Kazuhiko, a 42-year old police inspector from Kisarazu city in Chiba prefecture, was recently arrested under suspicion of stealing a PVC figure valued at 6500 yen from a used figure shop.

Sadly, there were no specifics about what figure it was, only that it was female. I'll bet that man's virginity that it was a figure of Ikkitousen's Kanu Unchou. Hey guys, next time you feel like you have Peter Pan syndrome because you collect figures, remember that at least you aren't 42 years old stealing them from used figure stores.
